Why use on-demand spine labels?
If your library uses SmartPort to do most cataloging (or even if you dont), it might be a time-saver if you print your spine labels as new items are created. This guide will work through the steps necessary to set up a Dymo LabelWriter series label printer so that a spine label will automatically be printed each time you create a new item with the Call Number & Item Maintenance Wizard in Symphony Workflows.
